I was there for almost 3 years before I got a raise. The company only cares about cutting corners and pocketing money. Pros Pay and clothing discounts. Cons Hours. Poor hourly wages, zero benefits, too many responsibilities for making minimum wage!
The employees are extremely cliquey and standoffish creating an overall poor work environment. The best thing about this job is the employee discount, when I worked there it was a really good discount. The job itself is pretty low-key since the stores are smaller and there isn't much product.
You do have to know all the different kinds of denim men's and women's and how they fit but other than that it's super easy. Pros; discount, lower hours, and it is not a hard job. Cons; minimum wage, working every weekend, no opportunity to move up past assistant manager, and poor upper management in general.
One of the managers was hard to communicate with because I had to tell her multiple times what my schedule was until she gave me hours that I could work with. Besides that my experience went well here.
Pros free water, discounts on clothes. Cons short breaks, messy environment for workers. Great team, that is why I stuck around for so long. Claimed Profile.

Report Share. Worked there for years, loved it so much. You just have to be outgoing enough to be able to sell to everyone and also be able to be a stylist to them as well. It used to be a great place to work but corporate is a horrible joke now. They don't value their employees at all and want to pay the least possible for an extremely high demand job. They don't provide water for their employees but get upset about conversion so if you leave the store for water they'll be angry but won't provide you with any.
As a store it's meh. As a place to work now? Only work here if you have no expectation of being respected, valued, or moving forward with a career. Since sparc has bought lucky brand out it is very difficult to have any growth , shipments are commonly inconsistent and generally out of season, recruiting with a low pay scale is a challenge. They had a good business culture.
I had two good district managers, especially my first one. Unfortunately, my store closed. Rate your recent company Share your experience to help others. It's alright, good job for a high schooler. Not much to say here honestly. Work you down to the bone and opportunities to advance will be dependant on who leaves.
Lucky Brand used to have amazing culture and product before they got purchased by Aeropostale and everyone was let go to bring in new staff, fast fashion and low quality products. Work load is horrible and hours to get help on the schedule are cut so low that you can't afford to bring in help for floor-sets or shipments.
They even removed water coolers from stores! Pros Grrat discount. Cons Hard to staff and give employees more hours due to payroll constraints, Huge focus on metrics and KPIs without proper training or staff.
Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. Working here was super annoying to me, just because they expected everything to be absolutely perfect.
Im talking about hovering over guests and immediately fixing the stuff they touch, I get being organized but some people would talk about how weird and unprofessional it was but the managers were always on us for not doing it so we had to. The only thing I liked about this job were the customers you would meet. Pros clothes is actually very comfortable.
