Was sad to see the pavilion cafe had closed. Conker trees were fab. My dog loved it. Was sunny and locals were friendly. Said they had no tap??? Wonder how they wash their hands and crockery?? Heard older woman say that l should have brought water and l could buy a bottle.

Horrible woman. All other shopkeepers were lovely. Unfortunately I had a fall in the car park trying to find a parking place which resulted with a broken hip spent the next 2 weeks in southport hospital. The booking for the hotel was cancelled, my wife had to stay for one night and left the next morning. She asked the receptionist would there be a refund and he yes.

But I see you have charged me the full amount I think that is very bad after what the receptionist said, can you please tell me why.

Derek cahill. The apartment was like a home from home. It was furnished very stylishly, and just really nice and comfortable and kitted out with everything you need. We stayed on for an extra night because it was so nice! Location is great. You can walk anywhere you need to be in Southport within minutes, which was great because we could have our dog stay there with us. Me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay here.

The staff was polite and helpful, also the breakfast was really nice too. The hotel is in a great location for all the amenities.

Me and my boyfriend couldn't get the shower hot so the gentleman who worked there helped us out straight away and made sure it got hot before he left and was very apologetic for that issue. We will be staying here again if were ever down southport. We have been going to Southport for alot of years and have always stayed in Hotels, well never again now we have found this hidden gem. Easy to find, fab location, parking on street. The apartment itself has everything you need and is spotless.

No problem getting intouch with the host. The hosts were very friendly and the stay was excellent breakfast was brill. Good rooms and will take some beating. Not a patch on this one. Will be looking to go again. Staff specially the duty manager Ayman was running everywhere He runs the hotel so smoothly Fixing any issues for everyone so quick He is very professional Thanks to everyone in there. Very organized and friendly staff. Location is brilliant for venturing in the Southport Center. Room clean and facilities good! Great value, room was quiet, well furnished and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant. Will definitely return next time i'm in Southport. Very clean comfortable classy hotel with extremely helpful staff.
